Lauren grew up in the building industry and started visiting job sites and walking through framed houses early on. Educated in graphic design and marketing, she worked in real estate for several years before coming to RDS. You’ll often find Lauren, coffee and notebook in hand, ready tackle the next thing on her long to do list. With an interest in creating efficiencies and adding revenue streams, Lauren is constantly reading and researching new and better ways to get to the finish line.
A self-proclaimed lover of “all things Ohio” and handwritten notes, Lauren also loves to cook, and spend time with her close-knit family.
